Tinbox Systems LLC is a software studio in north Phoenix, founded and led by Karthik Alagugurusamy. We build custom operations software for businesses that run on real work: trucks, crews, pallets, job sites.
The background
Both sides of the desk
Karthik started in corporate analytics. He built and implemented the warehouse management system at CITGO Petroleum. Then he spent years in the field on the operations side of the desk, where software either helps you or gets in your way.
That mix is the whole point of Tinbox. We have written enterprise systems, and we have run crews that had to live with them. The software we build gets designed around the operation, not the other way around.

How we work
Fixed fee. You own it.
Every project is a fixed fee with a defined scope. No per seat licenses, no subscription, no fees that climb every year. The software and the data belong to you, and if we ever part ways, everything stays with you and keeps running.
We build every system in-house and we stay on it. When you call, you get the people who wrote the code, and Karthik picks up his own phone. Not an account manager. Not a ticket queue.
